Dr. Irina Adler completed her undergraduate studies at Pace University in New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Mathematics. She went on to graduate from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2003.
She completed a combined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital of Cornell and Columbia Universities, together with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2007, she completed her residency and specialty certification in Periodontology at Rutgers University.
Dr. Adler brings deep experience in periodontal and reconstructive surgery, sinus grafting, dental implants, oral pathology, and non-surgical periodontal therapy. She has practiced in private specialty settings across New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 2007 and serves as a board member of the Seattle Study Club.
Her clinical philosophy centers on personalized medicine and whole-person health — treating each patient as an individual, not a case. She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and three children, and enjoys skiing, hiking, and cooking.
