Dr. Irina Adler completed her undergraduate studies at Pace University in New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Mathematics. She went on to graduate from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2003.

She completed a combined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital of Cornell and Columbia Universities, together with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2007, she completed her residency and specialty certification in Periodontology at Rutgers University.

Dr. Adler brings deep experience in periodontal and reconstructive surgery, sinus grafting, dental implants, oral pathology, and non-surgical periodontal therapy. She has practiced in private specialty settings across New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 2007 and serves as a board member of the Seattle Study Club.

Her clinical philosophy centers on personalized medicine and whole-person health — treating each patient as an individual, not a case. She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and three children, and enjoys skiing, hiking, and cooking.

Dr. Ning Yu grew up in Handan, China, and earned her dental degree from China Medical University in Shenyang before pursuing advanced training in the United States. She completed her periodontal specialty training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

During her residency, she received the Orban Award from the American Academy of Periodontology in recognition of excellence in periodontal research. She currently holds a part-time teaching appointment at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she continues to contribute to the education of the next generation of specialists.

Dr. Yu is known for her calm, thorough approach and her focus on long-term relationships with patients and referring doctors. Clear communication, compassionate expert care, and close collaboration guide everything she does clinically.

Outside of the practice, she enjoys reading non-fiction, running 5Ks, and relaxing by the pool with a good book. She lives with her husband Mao and their daughter Emma.

Heather brings over a decade of experience in the medical field to her role as Office Manager at CoreCare. Her deep background in healthcare operations shapes a calm, well-run practice where every detail — from scheduling to insurance to follow-up — is handled with care.

Friendly, energetic, and endlessly multi-talented, Brianna is often the first warm voice patients hear when they reach out to the practice.

Outside of the office, she enjoys adventures with her children, sports, and hairstyling — she also owns a nearby salon.

Melissa is a graduate of the New Hampshire Technical Institute Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs, and holds an Associate Degree in Health Science.
